1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and AppsDreamers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for your use of PrismTap: Color Tap Reflex (the “Game”), this website, and related services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, that requirement applies. A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use the Game is responsible for the minor’s use.
3. License to use the Game
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, consistent with the applicable app store’s rules.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, exploit, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Gameplay and scores
PrismTap is a reflex-based game. Features, scoring rules, balance, effects, modes, and difficulty may change as we improve the experience. Scores and settings are currently stored locally and may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the Game, replace your device, or experience technical failure. We do not guarantee recovery of locally stored progress.
You must not manipulate gameplay, automate input, exploit bugs, or falsify scores. Future competitive, challenge, or leaderboard features may include additional fair-play rules.
5. Advertising and rewarded features
The free version may show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads may offer an in-game benefit after successful completion. Ad availability, content, and delivery are controlled partly by third-party providers and are not guaranteed. Premium is intended to remove in-game ads under the current product design.
6. Lifetime Premium purchase
PrismTap may offer a one-time, non-consumable “lifetime” Premium entitlement. “Lifetime” means for the supported commercial lifetime of the Game and does not guarantee that the Game or every platform will remain available forever.
- Your purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to that store’s terms, billing, eligibility, family-sharing, and refund rules.
- Premium is tied to the app-store account used for purchase and may be restored through the Game where the store confirms eligibility.
- Prices, taxes, and availability may vary by country and platform and will be shown by the store before purchase.
- We do not directly process or store your complete payment-card details.
For billing or refund requests, use the support process provided by the store where you purchased Premium. Contact us if you need help restoring an eligible purchase.
7. Ownership
The Game and its artwork, software, animations, music, sounds, names, logos, text, and other content are owned by AppsDreamers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the Game without an obligation to compensate you.
8. Third-party services
The Game depends on app stores and service providers for distribution, purchases, advertising, analytics, consent management, and diagnostics. Their own terms and policies also apply to your relationship with them. We are not responsible for third-party content, advertisements, outages, or services outside our reasonable control.
9. Updates, availability, and termination
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or the Game for technical, security, legal, commercial, or design reasons. We may suspend access where a user materially violates these Terms or threatens the Game, other users, or our services. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability—survive termination.
10. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, permanent availability of content or features, or preservation of locally stored scores. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppsDreamers and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at AppsDreamers’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you under the law where you live remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, our business, or legal requirements. We will change the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
